Services

We provide website design and development, search engine optimisation, digital marketing, and AI automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and cost of any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Any quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Project agreements

Before starting any project, we will provide a written proposal or agreement outlining:

• The scope of work and deliverables
• The agreed timeline
• The total cost and payment schedule
• Any ongoing costs such as hosting and maintenance

Work will not commence until the proposal is accepted and any required deposit has been received.

Payment terms

Payment terms will be set out in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50% of the project total)
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are handed over or published
• Monthly service fees (such as hosting, maintenance or ad management) are invoiced monthly and due within 14 days of the invoice date
• All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project will transfer to you.

We retain the right to use any work produced for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets, libraries, frameworks, or tools used in your project remain subject to their own respective licences.

Content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you supply to us.

Client responsibilities

To ensure projects run smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets and information in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule

Significant delays in providing content or feedback may affect the project timeline and could result in additional charges.

Revisions and changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed before any additional work is carried out.

Hosting and maintenance

We offer optional monthly hosting and maintenance packages. These are billed separately from the initial project build and are subject to the terms outlined in the relevant service agreement.

Either party may cancel a hosting or maintenance agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced:

• Any deposit paid is non-refundable
• You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the date of cancellation
• Any materials or deliverables produced up to that point will be provided to you upon full payment

We reserve the right to cancel a project if payments are not received on time, if the client is unresponsive for an extended period, or for any other reasonable cause. In such cases, the same cancellation terms apply.

Limitation of liability

We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, advertising or marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms

Third-party services

Our work may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, and services (such as hosting providers, ad platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools). These are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policy changes.

Confidentiality

We will treat all information you share with us as confidential, unless it is already publicly available or we are required by law to disclose it. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
